This easy chocolate tart with fruit topping is a great dessert to serve the whole family. You can make them in bite sizes that kids will love as they melt in the mouth with sweetness and flavor.

Ingredients for Chocolate Tart with Fruit Topping
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence
- 150g unsweetened chocolate
- 120 ml of milk
- Chopped strawberries, banana slices or almond nuts for dressing
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and spray cupcake molds with cooking spray
Mix the almond flour, egg yolks, coconut oil and vanilla essence by hand until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Split the dough into the molds and bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave, heating it little by little. Once completely melted, add the milk and stir continuously to form a ganache. Allow it to cool but not completely.
Pour the chocolate filling into each baked tart dough and finish with the chopped strawberries, banana slices, almond nuts or any topping of your choice.
