A classic recipe for the summer and a great way to add fruits to your diet. This dessert recipe features bananas and apples but you can also combine strawberries, mangoes, or other fruits in season with the bananas. Feel free to add chopped nuts or choc chips to spice things up.

Ingredients for Fruit Ice Cream
- 3 frozen chopped apples
- 3 frozen bananas
- 100 ml of milk
Instructions
Clean the fruits, cut them into pieces and freeze them the day before making your fruit ice cream .
Take the fruits out of the freezer and let them soften just a little. Pour all the ingredients in a food processor including the milk and blend until smooth. You can take it back into the freezer for a few minutes if you want a firmer consistency.
Serve with nuts, choc chips, salted caramel or chocolate drizzle or any other topping of your choice.
