Knorr Spinach Dip with Artichoke and Cheese

This knorr spinach dip is a twist on the traditional recipe that requires no cooking. This version involves baking and introduces mozzarella cheese for that gooey mild creamy flavor and Parmesan cheese for its nutty, savory flavor and strong umami taste. The artichoke hearts also provide a mild nutty flavor yet a slightly sweet taste that balances it all.

Ingredients for Knorr Spinach Dip with Artichoke and Cheese

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 container (16 oz) sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible. You can use a clean kitchen towel or paper towels to help remove the excess moisture. Preheat the Oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, garlic powder, and onion powder and stir until well combined. Fold in the drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese and mix well until everything is well combined.

Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Serve the hot knorr spinach dip with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
