Ingredients for Pork Stir Fry
- Pork (diced) 500g
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 4 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1tsp
- Garlic oil 1tsp
- 1 finely chopped red chilli (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves
- Chopped vegetables: carrot, aubergine, pak choi, ginger, red and orange peppers, green beans etc.
- Bean sprouts
- Rice or noodles
Instructions
Heat a wok or large frying pan and add the vegetable oil. Braise the meat in the pan until it is brown. In another pan, boil or soak your rice or noodles in boiling water until cooked. Add the chopped vegetables, chili, and bean sprouts and fry for 3 minutes while stirring. Add the oyster sauce, basil, and noodles, stir well, and leave to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Dress with the garlic oil and sesame oil and serve immediately.
