This Tofu Cheese recipe uses Tofu as a base for a great vegan cheese with excellent texture.
Ingredients for Tofu Cheese
- 250 g of soft tofu
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp sour chaat masala
- 1 ½ Tbsp water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Mix well and, if your mixture is too firm, add another tsp of water until you get the desired consistency.
Pour the mixture into a pan and cook over low heat until it feels like catupiry cheese in texture. Store in a container and keep in the fridge.
