Chicken is my all-time favorite meat and I have been looking for the best chicken recipes from all over the world. I have come across a lot of great chicken recipes and I’ll be writing a post on those soon, so look out!
In the meantime, I’d like to share some really great chicken recipes that are quick and easy. I promise you won’t find any easier great-tasting chicken recipes anywhere else. But if you do, please share!

Fimid’s Chicken Nuggets
Chicken nuggets are popular particularly with children. Its one of the fastest meals to prepare for your kids with the widely available frozen food version that can be quickly prepared at home, either deep-fried, air-fried, baked or microwaved.
Borne out of her love for chicken and chicken recipes, my 14 year old daughter created her own recipe for chicken nuggets. Its super quick and easy to prepare, tastes great and the spicing can be modified easily to suit any palate.
Serve with fries, mashed potatoes, or salads and your choice of dipping sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce, honey mustard or dressing
10min Teriyaki Chicken
Teriyaki chicken is a very common dish in Japanese cuisine and is known for its distinctively sweet and savory flavor. Although originally a grill dish, the straightforward pan-fried method used in this quick and easy Teriyaki Chicken recipe, has become more and more popular. For best results, use boneless chicken from chicken thigh. This is because chicken thigh is considered to have more flavor and better texture than chicken breast. Nevertheless, you can still replace chicken thigh with chicken breast or any cut of chicken based on your preferences.
The sweet flavor in this teriyaki chicken dish comes from maple syrup and mirin used in the recipe. If you don’t have them, you can simply replace with honey and cooking wine.
Chicken Gumbo Soup
This is a really easy soup even though its a gumbo.It’s a hearty and flavorful dish and combines chicken, bacon, okra and a variety of vegetables with a blend of spices. The okra acts as a thickener and adds a distinct flavor and texture to the gumbo. If you’re not a fan, you can omit it, but it’s traditional in gumbo.
Chicken Francaise
Chicken Francaise, also known as “Chicken Francese,” is a popular dish that combines elements of both Italian and French cooking techniques and is known for its light but flavorful taste. The name “Francaise” or “Francese” translates to “French” in Italian, and the cooking style refers to “in the French manner”
While other recipes require more ingredients like egg, flour, lemon and/or butter, this simple, quick and easy recipe uses mushroom’s unique umami savory and brothy taste to make the dish more appetizing. You can also vary the recipe by using herbs like parsley to garnish or adding lemon juice while cooking to give a unique twist.
As easy as this recipe is, it’s a delicious and comforting dish that’s perfect for a cozy dinner.
Sweet Sriracha Chicken
